Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems.
Good Knowledge in Linux and Windows Server Administration, Hosting, Plesk, cPanel and DirectAdmin, DNS Binding, MS SQL Server, SSL Configuration, FTP / SFTP Setup, Email Setup, Backup.
Identify and combat unusual DDoS attacks. Knowledge in network technologies
Knowledge in Web servers (Apache, IIS, Nginx, LiteSpeed, NodeJS)
Knowledge in Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, Codeigniter, Magento
Knowledge in Cloud-based Monitoring Service for Servers and Websites
Knowledge in script writing in PHP, Python, Bash, or other programming languages.
Quickly responds to incident alerts and support calls. Identifies, and coordinate with teams that are critical to the events resolution.
Monitor the database related activities, respond calls from the Application support and developments teams.
Monitor the backups, recovery errors, respond to the request regarding the restoration of the DB
Monitor the metric alerts, performance related issues like high CPU utilization, Application performance, High Memory utilization, Application tuning and Query tuning
Ability to Multi Task and strong escalation management and leadership skills.
