We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated HR & Admin Executive to join our team.

Job Description:

As the HR & Admin Executive, you will play a vital role in managing and executing various HR and administrative functions for The Leprosy Mission Trust India. Your primary responsibilities will encompass the following:

A: HR Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Recruitment: You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing from different free and paid portals, and leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn. Utilize employee referral programs to attract top talent.
  2. Candidate Onboarding: Efficiently manage candidate joining formalities to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, allowing them to join the organization promptly.
  3. Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including entry and exit details, to facilitate smooth HR operations.
  4. Time and Leave Management: Oversee employees' time management and leave management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.

B: Admin Responsibilities:

  1. Entry and Exit Management: Manage the entry and exit procedures for employees, including access control, visitor management, and security protocols.
  2. Out Register Management: Maintain records and manage the out register to account for employees' movements within the organization.
  3. Employee Celebrations: Organize and manage various employee engagement activities, including birthday celebrations and other team-building events.
  4. MIS Preparation: Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Forward MIS reports to the accounts team for verification.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months (maximum 1 year) experience of candidate hiring/recruitments is required.
  • Good understanding of HR practices and principles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email writing.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
